This Hotel is a jewel in the crown. A warm welcome and very pet friendly, the room was very clean and tidy. A comfy bed and a superb breakfast rounded off the stay. It must be added that there is parking on site which helps when in St Annes and it is only a very short walk to either the shops or the sea front. We often go up to Lytham St Annes and this will be our booking of choice. Cant wait for the next trip.
